False advertising with mr delivery

We will never use Mr Delivery again. We ordered a meal from Rocco Mama, which we do regularly. We were told after the order had been made and paid for that they weren’t delivering and we had to collect. Why would be order a Mr Delivery order if we were able to collect. They refused to refund our money after many requests. This system is flawed. My family will never use Mr Delivery again. We will use Uber eats.
