False advertising

On the 17th of October, I opened the MrD app. It showed that delivery for ordering takeouts from The Raj is for free however, when I tried to order. It only gave me the "collect" option. On the 18th I received an email advertising that delivery from The Raj is free. I checked again today and it only gives me the "collect" option. What is the point of "free delivery" if I can ONLY collect??
