FALSE ADVERTISING
Absolutely poor service after false advertising on they app I've requested a manager call back they email me back asking for a time and yet no phone call....they service is very disappointing but clearly they don't even update on hello Peter maybe I should take this matter to the many social media services we have let's see what people say there about this service

25 Nov 2021, 15:07I just found out that Mr.D attempted a transaction on my bank account using my account information I use on the app unfortunately there was no funds in that account and now I am left with R90 bank fees upon investigation they have confirmed that they did request a payment an agent name Matthew.G frm they support team... after requesting they correct my banking fees they advised it is they responsibility....1st they try to ***** money out my acc and 2nd they don't take responsibility for they actions I am sorry but I will not deal with this... theft frm such a big company I expect a call back today.... if not goes to show that even the owner and management are awear if this and allows it to happen.
