False Advertising

I wrote a complaint to Mr D 2 WEEKS ago and am yet to receive a response from a human and not a robot. They advertise a promotion for Simply asia and when you want to place the order simply asia does not deliver. What a load of Bull and now they have nothing to say for themselves...by all these bad reviews I shouldnt be suprised they do not have any customer service.
