False advertising

They advertise buy two chicken burgers at Mochachos & receive 1 Free in an email sent to me. There is nowhere specified of a promotional code or anything else. So i ordered the two chicken burgers and received just the two i ordered, the "special" as advertised did not happen. I sent a query to them and this is what they answered. I asked to be reimbursed for the free burger i did not receive not the actual order i placed? Your support sucks! You can just aswell fire everyone there, they are of zero help.
