**** Night

A night that started out with excitement and a little hunger ended up being a massive failure when putting my trust in MR D to help me with a home based date with my wife.

She was so excited for an evening of nice food and some netflix and after choosing Pirates for their steaks she was super keen to eat the nice meal together, after ordering at 17:42 we were issued an ETA of 18:31 and the excitement mounted.

18:34 the driver pitches hands me the food which is still "sealed" and untampered with. I pay the hefty price for the steak dinner and as my wife is about to plate the meals seems as if my meal isn't what it should be.

In fact its a meal that was on the pub menu for years and not the 500g Steak i ordered. I proceed to give the order a one star rating as this way you guys will start an email trail with me RE: said rating. Tyler Oosthuizen then requests the details which he was given including picture proof. In the mean time I call the restaurant to confirm they stuffed up the order and the manager promptly acknowledges this and say she will contact Mr D to send a driver out to bring the replacement meal. This convo ended at 18:56 and I was told to give them 15 minutes.

Please note on my request my wife ate her meal as there's no use us both starving while the other waits. You see my issue here? NO DATE NIGHT MEAL

After another 40 minutes i hear nothing from Mr D or Pirates (Mr D emailed for my cell number and never called at that point) Eventually I call pirates and Monique informs me she cannot get in touch with your people and thats the hold up.

Eventually Muawiyah Etalla's agent calls and we have a heated debate on how she has to rectify this as the restaurant just needed a drive to collect the meal to deliver it. She can't help and eventually Muawiyah takes the call and we hash it out and he gets the order resent to me (its 8:09 now and Pirates just called to say Mr D finally answered them and that I need to call you to sort this out) I proceed to tell Pirates that a new order was created and I have an ETA for 20:34 only 2 hours later and nearly 3 hours from my original delivery.

I'm so ****ed off that I actually trust you guys to pull through for me. All i'm left with is a spoilt date night and that hollow pit in your stomach feeling because of no sustenance.

regards Clint
