failed to deliver twice

<p>What an inconvenience they caused me,they sent me an SMS saying that I'll get my parcel by 17h00,the following day but the day got finish and yet no parcel or phone call from them.so I phoned the by 18h00 they told me my parcel went to a wrong place.then they sent an SMS again for the following day but still there was nothing. Then one of the staff member phoned me and told me they couldn't get hold of me,now I wondered how they got me when they were delivering previous parcels of mine.this is really unfair one needs to respect other peoples time.</p>
