Failed to cancel the order

I was ordering 24 hotwings but I mistakenly added 2 same orders, I saw it when I click cart and I did remove one but some how when I pay Mr D deducted money for 2 orders. Within a minute I called Mr D to cancel the order, they put me on hold for about 5 minutes trying to call the shop but they didn't get hold of chicken licken. I was told they won't cancel the order because the shop wasn't answering the phone. The lady said even if I turn back the driver with those orders I won't get my money back so I took those 2 orders. I want my money back because I called u within a minute but u failed to cancel the order n ur reason has nothing to do with me.
