Failed system.

Hi,

I have placed an order for KFC grassy park through Mr delivery worth R300. No order accepted response came through however the funds we're taken from my account.

I contacted the delivery call center and spoke to a Courtney and was told that they can do nothing and the money will be refunded in 3 days.

I immediately called again and spoke to another agent and was told that there system rejected the order as it was not accepted by KFC in 3 mins. I was told again that it would be 3 days for a refund and I can reorder. I was told more than 3 times there is nothing that can be done.

I explained that this is an invonvience to the manager and he has the nerve to tell me there is not loss but I must spend more money just to get a meal for my family.
