Failed Delivery

Happened to me twice, the support teams is super slow to resolve any issues. They just ****** me of 50% of my money because of a stupid driver that can't READ INSTRUCTIONS. A clear note was left for the driver to deliver my food and there's security personnel at the gate for assistance. Driver doesn't make any efforts whatsover and leaves with my food. They should NOT HIRE DRIVERS THAT CAN'T READ SIMPLE AND CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS!
