Extremely unhappy with service from Mr Delivery

Two days ago I place an order for my Wife via the Mr D app (I have used the app plenty of times before). The driver informed me on the chat option that he cannot find my address on the GPS - weird because I have had food delivered on the same address on a number of occasions. I asked him/her to share his contact details so that I can help with directions - he/she never responded. I was subsequently informed that the delivery of my order was unsuccessful. I then queried the issue as money has been debited from my account. I received what I can only describe as an arrogant response from a person named Imaan S. He claims that the driver was at GPS location and the customer was not present - for this reasons they will not refund. This is a lie as both my Wife and Cousin were at home and even went out to look for the driver outside. I am disgusted by this kind of service and the mischievous response that followed from Mr D.
