Extremely poor Service and Feedback on Complaints

Mr Delivery have messed up my orders many times and have NEVER followed up on my complaints. Because of them we have actually sent bad reviews about excellent restaurants in Kempton Park.. The most annoying thing is that since last year we have complained about the service on their online platform, all you get is an automated response and nothing thereafter.At least 90% of my orders have been incorrect.Maybe it is time to move away from Mr.D and Takealot as they are now both just as useless.
