Extremely poor service

Placed an order with Mr D for Romans Pizza. Money was deducted on confirmation of order. Only THEN did they inform me that the order can't be completed, as they do not have drivers available. Could this not have been told BEFORE my money was taken? Now money will only be refunded in next 5 days. What if I wanted to use that money to order from another vendor? No wonder they only rate 1 * :((
