Extremely poor service.

I placed an order today and my order was not delivered,I got an email stating that my delivery could not be made. They did not provide a reason for this and said they are investigating and even after several emails requesting for that explanation, it was not given,they instead told me that I will be refunded, which is okay and what they should do. But if you’re going to cancel an order there needs to be a reason and a customer should be made aware of it. This company is not serious. How on earth are we supposed to trust that the order will be successful the next time? And how will I refer the company to someone else if this is the service we get? I want someone to call me and explain what happened. I will not be using Mr D ever again.
