Extremely poor service

I order food on MR D on 1st of Jan 2024 and it was confirmed. However, it was not delivered at the expected delivery time. I call to inquire about the order and they said it was delayed I should give them extra 25 min. Ok I waited for an hour and I called again they said they will escalate the matter and call me back in the next 5-10 min. I waited for 20 min no feedback, so I called again for the third time and I was advised to cancel the order and place the order again. When I tried placed the order 3hrs later only collection. I am very disappointed with your service.
