Extremely poor delivery

It’s the second time now I’ve had to spend hours with a rattled stomach all because me delivery food drivers always do they thing and get away with that. First I was insulted by one of the drivers who wouldn’t allow us to reject order. Today the driver didn’t pitch but marked food as delivered. And no one is available to assist. The drivers are questionable and *****.
