Extremely pathetic service

Good evening. I would like to enquire if Mr D is at all interested in delivering proper service. Do to hours that I work I order quite a lot from you guys and most off my orders are wrong. and I get told I will get a coupon or whatever. I would rather in future go over to uber eats. I am getting tired of very pathetic service. If I tell a driver it is wrong they cannot fox it I have to phone in. Really people this is just horrible horrible service and I am tired. Thought you should now. Tonight was my last order ever through Mr D. I cannot handle being treaded this badly.
