Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service

I placed an order through Mr D, but unfortunately the delivery address on the order was incorrect. When the driver arrived at the incorrect address, I immediately contacted them and asked if they could please deliver the food to the correct address. I was more than willing to pay an additional delivery charge for the inconvenience.

Shortly afterwards, I received a WhatsApp message informing me that they could not deliver the food and that the order had been cancelled. To make matters worse, I have received no food and no refund.

I even offered to collect the food myself from wherever the driver was, but despite trying to communicate with the driver, I received absolutely no response.

I understand that the incorrect address was initially my mistake, but I made every effort to resolve the situation and was willing to pay the additional delivery fee. The complete lack of assistance or communication is what I find unacceptable.

I paid for a service and was left with neither the food nor my money back. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expect better customer service and communication from Mr D and would appreciate this matter being resolved urgently.
