Extremely disappointed customer!!!

Good evening

I would like to express my absolute disappointment in Mr D Food this evening!

I placed my order at 17;40 this evening. This resturant is 2.2km from my home.

I stayed calm, and went to the resturant 19:50.... more than 2 hours after I placed my order... only to be refused my food!!!! Because I need to receive it through the Delivery guy!!! For the R15 delivery fee!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

So the problem here was the Delivery person.... not the resturant.... I understand issues happen... life happens... but at the very least there should be some form of communication.

I would like to get a valid answer for this extremely poor service delivery. Please don't tell me it was the system.... then you have a terrible system not allowing the resturant to release my order!!!
