Extremely disappointed 😞

It used to be a pleasure to order from Mr D. But lately the orders are always late. And it is impossible to get hold of anyone because they don't answer the phone. So you cannot even complain. And if you log a query via the app you're lucky if you get a response in a few days. This does not help when you have hungry kids at home. With my latest order, the driver showed up an hour late! I had to call the restaurant and they confirmed my order was ready ages ago but the driver didn't pitch.
