Extremely Bad Service: Delete the Mr D App NOW

Extremely Bad service From Mr D , I made an order for Pizza at Debonairs Phillip Nel for delivery and order was made for collection on the app.

Called the restaurant on the spot for them cancel my order, restaurant said they can’t cancel because I made an order via Mr D , emailed Mr D the same time to inform the restaurant to cancel my order , no response , did not get any response from them , emailed them again yesterday requesting a voucher , still no response until I called them today .

Mr D told me that there is nothing they can do , and I won’t get a voucher nor a refund.

In closing .

Do not put you card details on the app , don not even download their app , rather use a restaurant delivery service for your food or call the restaurant directly.
