Exploited by Takealot

Takealot delivery Team, they exploit owner drivers working deliveries with their own cars, you will never make money period!!! They're system is set up in a way that Takealot/MrD always meet their clients delivery demands by contracting a "million" drivers to work with but the reality is you won't exceed 10 deliveries daily, I used R500 daily only to get deliveries worth R250 or so.. they make sure their demands are less than the drivers, this making easy for them to cover the incoming delivery requests, you get paid R27 to deliver an oder with your own car,own petrol and yourself as an operator, the managers at the branches sell deliveries to drivers. When you don't come to work they fine you R250 and the contract clearly states that you are not prohibited from providing services else where, they force you to stay there even though you not making your overheads back!
