EXHAUSTED ABD HUNGRY

i am really upset, been working whole weekend 18hr shifts and ordered food, the driver then delivered to someone else i assume that paid for it, i was tracking the order and when i got the notification it was delivered i called the customer care number to tell them that i received a notification but i didn't receive my food, the lady said that sometimes the driver accidentally pushes delivered but she will find out and will call me back...........i waited and waited and eventually called again cause nobody called me back only to be told by the next person that someone probably took my food.....

the issue is not that my food was delivered to someone else,.. the issue is that the customer care people were completely nonchalant about the situation

there are no open shops or take aways around me as it is a sunday
