Excellent Service from Mr Delivery Driver

A week or so ago, we placed a takeaway order via Mr Delivery and with their app we were able to track the delivery and we noticed the driver took another route to our home.

I got so annoyed and could not understand why he would take the longer route as my delivery directions was clear and to the point.

When I accepted the delivery, he was apologetic, but I was not going to give him a hearing.

Then with a calm manner he explained that the quickest route to our home was congested so he took another route.

Clearly his priority was getting our order to us, not necessarily the quickest way but the best way at that time.

I was dumbstruck, he delivered by car and not motorbike as I initially thought and it did not take him that much longer.

I was not sure if I ever thanked him.

I was quick to think that Mr Delivery drivers dnt read directions or instructions however here this driver has proven me wrong, they do more than expected and there is a valid reason if delivery has been delayed. His apologetic and kind nature calmed me down.

A few days later I saw him making a delivery to our neighbors and I had a chance to compliment and thank him.

Excellent service from Mr Delivery driver Taahir and the food was still hot.
