Excellent service!!

I would like to compliment Malikah Mohamed for her amazing service. I received the incorrect order I called in and was told to take a picture and send it in the app with no other explanation. My query was not submitting on the app. I called back and was assisted by Malikah I got an email address to send the picture and query to which she immediately found and resolved my query then and there. I work in customer service and this is the type of service I praise; to resolve my query without me having to call you back all the time. My ticket ID was #***6
