empty promises, terrible support and a delivery system that fails

non delivery, after i called 7 times, every time got no answer and empty promises.

I ordered this order for same day GUARANTEED. i was assured the branch was not effected with any issues and that it would be delivered. I ordered it same day as my daughter needed this item for an event. if i had of known you would have let me down so, i would have taken her to a shop to get the pants. but instead you useless bunch of ****s just reschedule the delivery and expect me to be happy cause you credit the delivery?

now when its supposed to arrive the 3rd reschedule, i call and they say it will be here by 7pm, but alas nothing has arrived.

if you think this is a joke, keep going. i'll cause enough drama that you will regret.
