Empty promises/excuses of Mr Delivery

I have been waiting for a week for Mr Delivery to deliver my order from [URL Removed] which was handed over to Mr D on Saturday 21/11/15. Received SMS indicating my order will be delivered on Monday 23/11/15. Received SMS on 24/11/15 indicating order will be delivered on Wednesday 25/11/15. Received another SMS indicating order will be delivered 26/11/15. Received SMS on Thursday indicating order will be delivered Friday 27/11/15. Received another SMS on Saturday 28/11/15 indicating order will be delivered on Monday 30/11/15. I called Mr D everyday last week to determine what the problem could be. Was told that they did not have a driver, the delivery at an University is a problem...! Called Mr D again this morning to get the physical address in order to fetch my parcel. The call centre gave me the wrong address! Some place in Sunnyside. Managed to get the correct address and to collect my parcel myself. Perhaps [URL Removed] should consider another courier service. POOR SERVICE!
