Empty Promises

<p>My nightmare began when i went online and placed an order with Mr delivery. First our<br />delivery times were set between 17:15 and 17:48 I received an email 18:00<br />to say that my order had been delivered when in fact it was not. I then<br />called the helpline and spoke to some very friendly ladies who said she<br />would help me track down my order. my order only arrived at my home at<br />18:20, the food was cold, the packaging was so damaged that the sauce from<br />the food had leaked out into the packet, after dishing up I realised they had<br />gotten the order wrong and then to add insult to injury the food was<br />terrible. The entire experience had left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I was later contact by a Mr delivery representitive who assured me that i woul deb receiving a coupon equalling my order amount, this was almost 2 months ago, and I am STILL waiting for some sort of action.</p>
