Empty handed

Good day, I've placed hundreds of orders with MrD and I've always received my order however today the app says delivery but I'm standing at my front door empty handed. On the whatsapp line waiting for a response for someone to explain where my food is. This is ridiculous I've paid and have nothing to show for it.
