Employment Exploitation

I am disgusted by the service I experienced by Mr D as this a reoccurrence.

This evening I was bound to pay for an item that was not included in my delivery notwithstanding liaising with the vendor and a Mr D service consultant. The driver feared to leave my home without the full amount, and BEGGED ME to pay him the incorrect amount due, I corresponded with his supervisor James Wood, who insisted that the driver take the money to cash in this evening otherwise he will be sanctioned and held liable for the amount. I was disgusted by the unjust! employment policy, this is exploitation!!!! majority of these drivers are foreigners who are desperately in need of employment, they cannot afford to be held liable for an error on the part of either a customer or vendor.

REVIEW!!! your employment policies, I can assure you this matter will be dealt with accordingly.
