****ed off and Angry about bad service

I am very furious and angry right now i placed orders on the 29 of December at pnp order number Groc*** and on the 1 january Groc*** both orders was canceled first one i requested a refund which is 409.95 but i get a notification on my banking app of 180 what crab is this? I called customer care there advice me that i will be paid in small amount for 5 days. What crab is that so my kids need to suffer while waiting for you to pay for my money? I want my full refund urgently so that i will go and buy food direct to the shop
