****ED OFF!

Disappointed to say the least! I reside in Lenasia Ext 10, Mr Delivery without any notice stopped delivering to this part of Lenasia, when I queried with Mr Delivery customer service I was not given any reason as to why they stopped delivering to my extension yet the greater part of Lenasia was still being given service by Mr Delivery. During this time of covid and restaurants only being able to have a take away facility , we require convenience. On Saturday 3/07 a Mr Delivery driver was still driving through Ext 10 in Lenasia. So why if we are not being covered by Mr Delivery is the drivers still passing through this area. It is not fair that one extension of Lenasia is not being serviced yet the other extensions are. And if there is a valid reason then customers should be notified of this before just being removed from this service. communication is key in customer service!
