Eat once, pay twice. Dare to query and you will be dealing with lots of emails going in circels with repeated questions in terms of the information you have in fact furbished from the onset of your enquiry.

Paid in cash for a food delivery, only to discover later that my credit card was charged for the same order. So far, enquiries to resolve this, has only resulted in emails back and forth from different responders, with futile repeated questions like what was your order number and what was the date, despite this information being provided in the original query, and being in the header of the email the respondant rep**** to. Even a question a number ofemails later like how were you incorrectly charged and what did you order, which does not even need an explanation.
