Duplicating orders, i wonder why?

I placed an order last night on the app. Order could not be confirmed according to the app. Then tried again. Guess what i ordered the same meal twice and my account got debited twice. I am really not happy as the 2nd driver that came to de***** told me i should requested a refund but he cant guarantee it because i ordered the food
