Drivers refuse to follow instructions.

Just a general complaint that is soo frustrating when using MR D.

every time I order food, I make sure there is a detailed instruction how to find my apartment when entering the complex and 99.999% of the time the driver will ignore the instruction and spend 15 - 20 min getting lost and when you ask them about it, they say there was no instructions. Please start training you guys better at this simple task as it waste soooo much time.
