Drivers Need to Follow Law
We have a public footpath (public servitude) through the bush next to our stables. Your delivery drivers are now using this as a shortcut into the suburb of Yellowwood Park from the bordering Higginson Highway (Durban, KZN) They crash down through the sand path, revving and getting stuck. Every fifteen to twenty minutes all day long. They are terrifying our horses that have paddocks along the fenceline, as well as uspetting horses being ridden. A member has fallen off her horse who was frightened by a delivery driver popping out suddenly next to them on the trail. This is unacceptable and ******* behaviour. We have tried speaking to the drivers but they ignore us and keep going. And yes we have photographic/video evidence of this which we are happy to provide.
