Driver ***ually assaulting waitress and company doing nothing about it

I work at a restaurant as the manager and I have been ***ually harassed both physically and verbally by a driver on multiple occasions ( he has physically grabbed me and on another occasion called me horrible things like ***, ****, **** just to mention a few, also went on to threaten to physically and ***ually harm me if he ever sees me somewhere alone) and even though I've called, complained and enquired 5+ times to the restaurant helpline to get the driver fired or so that he atleast doesnt come to our store and I have been sent around in circles and given numbers that go straight to voicemail and being told that they are "investigating". They are misogynists who are **** apologists and don't care about the safety of female waitresses and patrons. I have had nightmares of being ***ually assaulted by this man and have to carry a knife and pepper spray to work in order to feel safe. I've had multiple panic attacks and have broken down after has come to my work place multiple times. I live just a few streets from work but now have to pay R30+ everyday to get to work with an uber in fear that he might try and attack me on my way to work. I had called to file and incident report with Uber Eats and he was immediately fired . I told them that I would take this to social if they didn't handle it and since I'm here it's clear that they haven't done anything. It's disgusting and sad that this is what women have to go through and how much of belittling behaviour these drivers get away with. I won't stop tweeting and instagraming time he is fired and Mr Delivery is exposed for what they do and how they allow their drivers to treat us
