Driver theft from Mr Delivery

Order #DFD***7. I was on a business call yesterday and could not receive the drivers call or the delivery at the time he arrived. I phoned back after i was done and the driver said the food is at his office. I asked numerous times if i could go collect it and the said no. I was also told i wouldn't get a refund. So what happens when you miss a deliver? Does the driver eat the customers food? If i paid cash im sure he would have said i can meet him somewhere? This is theft. I will escalate this ons every platform possible.
