Driver stole my money

The drivers are a ****. I placed an order on the app on Thursday 8th of July 2021, unfortunately my battery died but i managed to charge my phone and I saw missed calls from the driver and I called them back. 1stly my address is on the app and all other drivers have never had a problem with finding my unit. On the app the driver stated failed delivery and then proceeded to call me with her own personal number. The driver, her name is Mabha Solo. She told me that the money would be refunded back into my account since I paid for this order using my card. She told me to pay her cash in order for her to leave my food. I then paid her cash and she promised me that I would be refunded by Mr Delivery. I then sent an email to Mr Delivery and they advised me no refund would be be made because all parties involved had to be paid, i then explained the whole situation with their driver, i even provided screen shots of my conversation with the driver, where she is promising to give me back my money. Now the driver is no longer taking my calls and the people at the head office are not investigating my situation. I am really disgusted by the service from Mr Delivery and their drivers who **** people knowing that Mr Delivery will not investigate them.
