Driver stole my food

I wish I could give them negative stars

I placed an order using my card. I put clear instructions for delivery to my door, the driver texted to say he cannot see my unit number (which is on the delivery instructions) and that I must come to the gate, I work remotely so I cannot just leave my work which is why I asked for delivery to my door, while texting with him providing with the unit number once again, he changed the status of my order to delivered. Now I am out of pocket and still super hungry. I called Mr. Delivery customer service and that was also a waste of my time because the only solution is for me the customer who has been wronged to keep waiting. I am disgusted
