Driver spill my Smoothie.....No reply to query...No refund....

On the 12 Oct 2020 we order a breakfast wrap and a Smoothie by Osumo in Cavendish. when the driver arrived the Smoothie fall out in his bag, he took pictures and said he will log the incident, I later send a email to no avail and still waiting for them to say what's going to happen and if the smoothie or the money will be refunded, this is bad as the money was deducted but I haven't receive the product/goodies.

disappointed in this service.
