Driver scores free lunch again

I ordered food and yes they are quick to deduct money from my account, driver claims I was not present at the address. It's not the first time this is happening.... I think maybe you people think I am running a charity case here and I just hand out free lunch. Pathetic service delivery and do tell your drivers to wash those filthy bags of theirs. I am definitely not using this APP again.
