Driver "safety"

Its actually shocking, the amount of drivers on motorcycles in Rondebosch for Mr D ride around AT NIGHT with a headlight that doesn't work. Can you even imagine? A motorcycle that's not visible? Does Mr Delivery or the drivers have an any idea how dangerous that is? I myself almost rammed into a motorbike this evening because it's headlight is non functional? The driver then decided to tell me "**** you" after telling him to switch on their headlight? Honestly Mr Delivery needs to do more about mechanical faults on bikes as they become a serious problem for the other road users. These guys are constantly in accidents during the day yet they have the ***** to attempt riding around when other road users can't see them? Absolutely shocking that Mr Delivery isn't doing more to ensure that their drivers are in a suitable condition in order to provide their services?
