Driver refusing to deliver my order

I ordered food and my driver was driving around with my order for 30 mins. When I contact him he does not want to reply. I called customer care and they couldn't even connect me to the driver. This App is useless because it offers zero security and very little information for you to follow up with them. I suggest you use Uber Eats as it is more advanced and you are connected to the driver directly. If it was possible I would give Mr Delivery 0 stars
