Driver asked is my head thinking straight

The driver was so rude. So he called letting me know he has arrived, advised him that I will be there in about five minutes, And in about exactly that five minutes I went to collect my order. So I asked” Are you here to deliver pizza?” Remembered I did not order pizza but ordered Nando’s so I told him oh no sorry I meant Nando’s. Immediately Driver said to me “ Is your head thinking right!” And it was at that time I told him that’s not how you speak to customers ,I have worked for customer service and I know you treat your customer right. I told him I will be writing a review of this and I will make sure Mr D knows of your behaviour and the fact that you are having an argument with a Customer Using such language -that is diabolical To say the least. It was not my first time using Mr D but I think it was my last .I have never received such customer service not only that but served with a lot of disrespect from that young man.
