On Saturday 29/11/25 I decided to order food on the Mr Delivery App I usually using eft but I had but decided to use cash

I placed the order and waited . At the delivery time the driver sent me a message to say he has arrived. When I go out to collect he is nowhere in site.

I sent him a message asking where he, I even gave him clear instructions to my house. He told me his at the garage and I must walk for my food. I explained that the garage is very far from my house. He told me it's not safe for him and his not coming to me. Mind you an hour has passed while trying to get the driver to come to me. An hour standing on the road waiting for my food.. I was cold and now starving as I just came back from a long days work.

His customer service sucked. He refused to come to me. And then I get an email this morning saying saying due to this incident cash payments are temporarily suspended. The problem wasn't paying cash the problem was an *********** driver.

I ordered food the next night from the same restaurant but from a different location, made an eft payment and the driver arrived on time with no stories.
