I usally have a wonderful experience but today my order was delivered to the wrong compay even after confirming with the driver by the name of Ali. the person at the company told him it wasnt for them but he left it there anwyay. After calling him a few minutes later he said he cannot fetch it he is gone.

I find out 1 & half hours later where it was delivered after getting a credit and reordering. The same driver who cannot turn around and deliver my previous order decides to deliver the new order which was cold when it got here. He proceeds to expalin where he left it and i should go myself and fetch it if i want it 2 hours later.
