Drinking and driving now part of Mr D service

Unbelievably bad service for the last 3 or 4 deliveries, always late or getting lost, we've complained multiple times and hear nothing back and still the same problems time and time again but tonight for the driver to pull up outside my house with what I'm about 100%sure was a black label quart bottle between his legs is absolutely unbelievable
