DR.DELIVERY THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDER!

I placed an order on the 24/01/2020. The order number is dfd***3. I inserted an incorrect delivery address. When I called the driver I was told that he is waiting for the call centre to tell him what to do! I called the contact centre and they told me that they will not refund, what I can do is meet the driver. When I called the driver to make an arrangement. He did not answer my calls. I can not even begin to understand such terrible customer service and how can Mr. Delivery not even attempt to make the delivery when it is within 5km!!!
