Double payment!

I accidentally paid by card and paid cash to the driver which he accepted! I did realise the mistake and logged a complaint for them to rectify the mistake! I have proof, witnesses, emails, everything, yet they do nothing! Say I logged the complaint to late, yet I have all the prove, time, dates, everything! Pls, help!
